Dr. Carla Campbell-Jackson, CEO

Dr. Carla Campbell-Jackson was proudly born and raised in the inner-city of Saint Louis by her beloved Mother. Her
experiences with learning in a public, private and blended school system has allowed her to effectively communicate
in various settings with poise and excellence. Dr. Carla delights in remaining a true game-changer while inspiring
others to thrive and excel. Dr. Carla is a phenomenal servant leader who truly embodies the philosophy of instilling pride, self-worth and reflective enhancement. As a quintessential professional, Dr. Carla is an expert in the fields of Human Resources, Change Management, Diversity and Inclusion and Customer Care Center leadership.

Dr. Carla earned a Doctorate Degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus in Diversity & Inclusion and Human Resources. She earned an MBA from Illinois State University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Drake University with a focus in Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion. In addition, she has earned several prestigious designations including:

Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Claims Legal/Liability Practices (CLLP), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), Associate in Management (AIM) and she is licensed in all 50 states. Dr. Carla recently received the highly coveted 2019 NAACP Roy Wilkens Award and was selected for the 2018 Leadership Elite Award by Maritz, as well as the 2017 Leadership Bronze Excellence Award by Chartwell, Incorporated.

She is the founder of the nationally acclaimed Mentoring And Providing Scholarships (MAPS) Program and delights in mentoring others. Dr. Carla has served on the Board of Directors for the local YWCA, Girls Scouts of Central Illinois and was named by NBC-WEEK as “25 Women Worth Watching.” Dr. Carla also received the National Association of Female Executive’s Award and the Tom Joyner “Mother of the Year” Award.
